在新加坡，一家笼罩着许多秘密和神秘气息的古老店屋引起了银行家ChiLing(FionaFussi)的注意。她从香港返回新加坡，为的就是领取遗产。在办理遗产相关手续时，她渐渐走进曾祖母即神秘又黑暗的世界，并无意中揭发了这间设立于新加坡40年代初的青楼「凤凰阁」的过去。而这座历史性建筑的命运，将落在ChiLing的手中。她必须找寻自己的根源，了解家族的历史。《LastMadame》讲述的是ChiLing和曾祖母FungLan(JoannePeh)的迷人故事，来自不同世界和时代的两人看似陌生，可是却有着微妙的关系。
