A brief trip back home turns into a longer stay when Eric finds himself caught between catching up with his two sisters and conquering his old poker group. The more Eric extends his visit to prove that he is still the best poker player in town, the harder it becomes to steer clear of the old fault lines in his relationship with his sister Rachel. As their little sister Maggie attempts to recreate the intimate world they once shared, Eric and Rachel are faced with the divide between their childhood selves and the adults they have now become. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?Displaying all the sensitivity and wicked humour of his previous works, Dustin Guy Defa’s new film is a shrewd study of the pitiless condition known as adulthood. After growing up in a family unit that constitutes your whole world, with its particular set of habits and a shared language, crossing the border into the realm of adults can feel disempowering, even terrifying. A sense of loss may be difficult to ever really overcome. The film’s meticulous structure and novelistic depth lay bare this fundamental fear, but also the resources that exist to fight it. Setting about this treasure hunt deep within as individuals and as a family is an admirable trio of actors whose interpretation is as nuanced as it is poignant.

It’s a rare feeling when we open a book and find ourselves lost in its pages; finding pieces of ourselves in the story and letting ourselves be enveloped in the emotions that arise. This effect is what the works of Elena Ferrante are most known for. Listed among Time magazine’s 100 - most influential people in the world, Elena Ferrante is a contemporary icon, whose identity is closely linked to her novels and nothing more. Despite her massive international success, Elena Ferrante is an author whose true identity remains unknown. Via excerpt readings and interviews with critics, directors, booksellers, editors and authors such as Jonathan Franzen and Elizabeth Strout, Ferrante Fever explores Ferrante’s deeply intimate writing and looks into her choice to remain anonymous, which sparked an unprecedented cultural debate. Filmed between Italy and the United States, Ferrante Fever doesn’t necessarily go in search of the identity of the "faceless writer,” instead, it hopes to discover the secret of her success. How was she able to create stories that would conquer readers over the course of 12 - years? In-depth interviews provide answers, but so do the writer's own words, and the places and protagonists in her novels.

Well, here it is everybody, the final season of "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic", one of the most popular things that we as humans have ever created. Here we get to see a new villain called Grogar summon the other My Little Pony villains. We get King Sombra, Queen Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Heart gathered together. What's great is that everybody stays in character. King Sombra wants to go back and conquer the Crystal Empire on his own. He actually does seem to do that! I just love how fast paced everything is in this episode! There's also the other plot about Princess Celestia and Princess Luna giving up their ruling title to Twilight and her friends. I would like to see if they inherit their powers too. The animation is probably the best it's ever been at. Only appropriate for the final season. Thanks for the memories!
