剧情：
American psychologist John Holden arrives in London to participate in a symposium aiming to expose witchcraft and devil-worship as a fraud, with attention centered on a cult run by a Julian Karswell. Debarking his plane, Holden learns that the symposium leader, Henry Harrington, has suddenly died and he is now in charge. What only the audience knows is that Harrington was clearly killed by a demon, apparently summoned by Karswell to avenge his persecution. Despite both threatening and cajoling behavior by Karswell, Holden determines to proceed, though the only cult member willing to talk about his experiences is in a prison psychiatric ward, catatonic after allegedly killing yet another cult member. However, Harrington's niece, Joanna, believes, based on her uncle's notes, that Karswell may indeed have some satanic powers derived from an ancient tome in an obscure language which he has been able to translate, and attempts to warn the skeptic Holden. Karswell's mother also attempts to warn Holden off. However, the thing which begins to most get to Holden are the occasional, but mounting, sensory and mental disturbances he begins experiencing after an encounter with Karswell, and the discovery that, during this encounter, Karswell secretly slipped a slip of parchment with a curse in runic symbols on it into Holden's belongings, a parchment identical to one Harrington recorded having had passed to him in a similar manner shortly before his death... [N.B. Holden at no point stays at the Karswell estate].

剧情：
Same-sex couple Eunsoo and Yewon are living together happily. One day, a terrible traffic accident occurs and Eunsoo is seriously injured and her sister Eunhae dies. Eunsoo is disabled and Eunhae’s daughter Soomin became an orphan. Now Eunsoo and Yewon are in a position to take charge of Soomin. Take Me Home is a film that questions the meaning of a family. Right after the accident, Yewon says, “Are we not family? How can one abandon a family member because of what happened?” Eunsoo responds, “Family? Who acknowledges us as a family?” The three women live together as Yewon wished and they hope to be one family. They seem to be living like a happy (similar) family as they spend daily routines and visit the beach. But, like Eunsoo’s hopeless respond, the norms of the world prevent them from becoming one family. The true virtue of this film is in the ending. Instead of a happy or sad ending, this film, like DO Jonghwan’s poem ‘Ivy’, persistently chooses the road of happiness slowly without rushing even if it takes a detour.

"The Silk Road cut across borders - and broke down the borders in our minds," says Dr Sam Willis. In a new three-part series for BBC Four, the historian and writer traces the story of the most famous trade route in history. This was the Silk Road which ran from China’s ancient capital Xian through the mythical cities of Central Asia and Persia, until it reached the bazaars of Istanbul and the markets of Venice. It was in Venice and other Italian cities that the ideas, inventions and products that trickled down the Silk Road ignited. They formed - in part - a movement which we call ‘the Renaissance’ - an explosion of new thinking, new art and new inventions. Covering a distance of 5 - 000 - miles and crossing some of the most dramatic landscapes on the planet, Dr Sam Willis reveals how the Silk Road was more than a market place: it was the world's first transcontinental superhighway, along which people with new ideas, new cultures and new religions made exchanges that shaped the development of humanity.
